Advancement Award
NeuroNovember aims to make world-class scientific talks, workshops, and research presentations accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial status To achieve this, we will provide financial assistance to deserving individuals based on their need and merit. The award details will remain confidential and will not affect the acceptance or rejection of abstracts. The deadline to apply for the ESAA is August 31st, 2024, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time (Extended).

The awards will be given to support the following two components
Workshops
NeuroNov'24 will be hosting 8 interactive workshops with 50 spaces per each. A full list of workshop details will be released in the near future. The tentative workshop themes are (1) neuroethics, (2) reproducible coding, (3) neurotechnology, (4) neuroaesthetics, (5) science policy and science communication, (6) neurology and neuroradiology, (7) open science, and (8) grant and scholarship proposal writing.
Abstract Presentations
We invite early-career researchers and professionals to submit abstracts for poster and oral presentations at the NeuroNovember Convention, showcasing innovative work from all neuroscience sub-fields. Selected abstracts may be published in the conference proceedings and included in the program book. The submission deadline is 15th September 2024, 11:59 PM EST. Submit here.
ESAA Application
You can apply for the Emerging Scholar Advancement Award if you are
- An early-career trainee (undergraduate, post-bacs, and graduate students)
- have demonstrated financial need
You can receive a full/partial waiver for
- interactive workshop registration
- abstract handling fees
